Dug has specialised in everything to do with franchisee recruitment for the last 10 years and has a passion for helping franchise companies find the right profile of franchise owner, as well as ensuring that potential franchisees go through the right process to ensure they also come to the right decision.

Away from franchising, Dug lives with his wife and new daughter, Pippin, in North Norfolk and enjoys on and off-piste skiing, ski touring and nordic skiing in winter, while kitesurfing, sailing, barefoot trail running, mountain biking and road cycling in spring and summer months.

Born and bred in Zimbabwe, Dug is passionate about his country of birth and tries to visit once a year at least.
